I stayed here with my partner at the start of November last year (2023), and from stepping into the front entry it was so quiet and clean. The reception people were lovely, the public spaces were open, roomy, and so clean, and having a nice coffee machine available 24/7 with actual decaf in there was a novelty for me! Our apartment was just that - an apartment. Sitting area, kitchen and counter space, bedroom and bathroom, all spotless and really spacious. We used the gym as well, which did get a bit busy when 5 people were using it, but everyone was polite and the gym space was again very clean. I also used the free laundry room - after a day out in Birmingham during torrential rain I needed to dry my trainers as they were absolutely soaked through!
You're going to love it there, there's disabled access to the casino. food and drinks is available aswell. And security is 24hrs also there's lots of space for parking.

A clean and well serviced room with comfortable bed. Next time will remember to specify king size bed rather than two single beds. Perhaps a trade off for the high floor! Hassle free check in and out too. 8/10.
Aircon in the room would not change temperature or fan speed so it was 21 degrees all night and extremely noisy.
The staff are really friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee is available in the spacious reception area, which is comfy and a good place to sit and chat. Great breakfast also!

Only went to use their toilets (my car had broken down outside and I was waiting for the AA!), but reception was very pleasant and helpful! The casino looked very well appointed and relaxed!
Absolutely brilliant stay here over the weekend. Perfect location central for everything we had planned. For a city centre hotel there was no outside noise, bed was comfortable and staff friendly and polite. If you are staying near the bullring then this is the place to stay.
I stayed here recently. I found the hotel to be drab, lifeless and tired. I stayed in a room which overlooked the most depressing view of a flat roof and some scruffy looking offices directly opposite. It was grim and somewhat depressing to peer out from the curtains which I kept shut for the duration. The chap on the desk said he had a lovely room for me so I was eagerly anticipating something rather special. Instead I was greeted with a basic room that was clean and tidy with adequate Glasgow slots facilities. My next door neighbour was playing dance anthems at top notch. There was access to the room next door by an adjoining door.
Nice place to have fun and enjoy with family. They have got good food shops and a lot of different shops to chill. Parking is huge so pelo problem for parking.
